We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle customer communication, generate leads, and support the sales process. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a qualified attitude, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive experience.

Requirements
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi proficiency; basic English communication preferred.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be an advantage.
