Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
• Analyze source-to-target mappings and business requirements.
• Build scalable data integration workflows.
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Optimize job performance and data processing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures and resolve production issues.
• Monitor data loads and ensure data quality standards.
• Work with Business Analysts, Data Architects, and DBAs.
• Create technical documentation and deployment plans.
• Support production releases and post-deployment activities.
• Implement data validation and reconciliation processes.
