: UPVC Sales Executive – Manpower

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer handling, site execution, or a related industry, preferably in doors and windows.

Job Purpose To drive sales of UPVC doors and windows by developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, coordinating with dealers, architects, and builders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Meet dealers, architects, builders, and customers regularly to generate business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable UPVC door and window solutions.
Handle customer queries related to product features, functions, colours, and finishes.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities to improve sales performance.
Promote products and cross-sell related product categories.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and orders.
Maintain daily activity reports, customer visit reports, and weekly work plans.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.




Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification
Graduation is mandatory.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer handling, site execution, or the doors and windows industry.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic to advanced Excel skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local language.
