Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls. • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a skilled manner. • Provide accurate information regarding services and orders.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and quality support. • Communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Morning Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed Off
