Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate shipment processing, and maintain smooth inbound and outbound activities at our Kaniyur facility.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound shipment operations.
Monitor shipment sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading activities.
Ensure shipments are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
Coordinate with delivery teams, supervisors, and other operational departments.
Monitor daily shipment volumes and manpower productivity.
Maintain warehouse discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
Track shipment discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of operational records.
Support the team in achieving daily productivity and service-level targets.
Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, courier,



or supply chain operations is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel preferred.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
Willingness to work in a quick-paced warehouse setting.
