Position: Order Executive
Receive and process customer/distributor orders accurately.
Enter all orders properly.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Store and Dispatch departments.
Check product availability and confirm order status.
Prepare and maintain daily order and dispatch records.
Follow up for pending orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Coordinate with customers/distributors regarding order updates.
Maintain proper documentation and order-related reports.
Handle order changes, cancellations and urgent requirements.
Ensure accuracy in product, quantity, rate and delivery details.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
