Operations
Manage daily warehouse activities, including material receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Supervise loading, unloading, and material handling.
Ensure proper storage and prevent material damage or wastage.
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
Inventory & Documentation
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Monitor inward and outward material movements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Ensure proficiency in Odoo, MS Office, and inventory management software.
Team & Manpower Management
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
Manage multiple manpower teams and monitor their productivity.
Ensure effective workforce utilisation and smooth warehouse operations.
Coordinate with purchase, production, sales, and logistics teams.
Candidate
Requirements
Preferably a local candidate familiar with the surrounding area.
Proficiency in the local language, Hindi, and English.
Previous experience in handling and managing multiple manpower teams.
Working knowledge of Odoo and MS Office.
Robust organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
