Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management
Ensure all warehouse activities are executed as per procedures.
Maintain solid control on perpetual inventory and stock accuracy.

Inventory Management




Conduct inventory analysis and improve inventory turns.
Take actions to control ageing and excess inventory.

Material Flow & Line Feeding
Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production lines.
Improve line feeding systems.

Systems & Reporting
Ensure WMS/ERP usage and maintain inventory reports.
Publish stock accuracy and discrepancy reports.

Warehouse Optimization
Improve traceability, locator mapping, and kitting processes.
Optimize warehouse layout and operations.

Team Management
Lead warehouse team and improve performance and morale.

Ensure proper manpower utilization Compliance & Coordination
Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and reporting standards.
Coordinate with SCM, production, and logistics teams.
