Job Responsibilities:
Attend to guests and provide excellent customer service.
Take and serve food and beverage orders.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
Assist guests politely and professionally.
Follow hotel service standards and instructions.

Good communication and a polite attitude are preferred.
Candidates should be punctual, presentable and hardworking.
Hotel or restaurant experience will be an advantage, especially for Service Captain positions.
