We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warranty In-Charge to join our service centre.
Responsibilities:
Handle Suzuki warranty claims and claim documentation.
Coordinate with the service team and manufacturer.
Ensure timely submission and settlement of warranty claims.
Maintain warranty records and follow up on pending claims.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in automobile dealership warranty operations.
Knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation.
Positive communication and computer skills.
