Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (aligned with US EST working hours)
Key Responsibilities
Market and place bench consultants with suitable client requirements.
Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients to identify job opportunities.
Submit consultant resumes to relevant job openings and manage submissions.
Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews with clients and vendors.
Maintain solid relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placement opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of consultant availability, submissions, and follow-ups.
Work toward placement targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team.
Requirements
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work the night shift and collaborate with US-based clients and vendors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
