Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP, billing software, or inventory register.
Ensure that physical stock matches the system stock.
Identify quick-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving products.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the purchase department about replenishment requirements.
Identify negative stock, excess stock, and stock discrepancies.
Ensure proper identification and arrangement of every product.
