Role & responsibilities:
Execute statutory audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards and regulatory requirements
Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, Accounting Standards (AS) / Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) ,SEBI (Listing obligation and disclosure requirement) Regulations ad applicable guidelines/circulars issued by the National Financial Reporting Authority.
Perform audit procedures including risk assessment, testing of internal controls, and substantive testing
Prepare and maintain audit working papers, documentation, and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard.
Identify audit observations and assist in drafting audit findings and management letters
Monitor audit progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion of assignments
Identify, analyze, and escalate audit findings and recommend process improvements
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments within deadlines




Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarifications
Assist seniors in finalization of financial statements and audit reports
Maintain client relationships and act as a point of contact during engagements
Contribute to business development activities, including research and proposal support
Stay updated with changes in auditing, accounting, and regulatory standards
Proactively take initiative and contribute valuable inputs to the company newsletter.
Actively participate in learning and quality initiatives while staying up to date with the latest developments
Proficiency in use of Auditor desk software to streamline auditor process.

Stipend: Rs.10,000/- Monthly

Education:

CA Inter Both Groups cleared.

IT and OC training to b completed
