Job Description – Telecaller

Sri Lakshmi PU College, Magadi Road, Sunkadakatte, Bengaluru, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to support our student admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and parents to provide information about the college and its courses.
Follow up on admission enquiries received through advertisements, campaigns, and other sources.
Explain course details, college facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and admission prospects.
Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions for interested students and parents.
Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
Follow up with interested candidates and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.




Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Kannada and English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Confident telephone communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain enquiry records.
Positive attitude, patience, and a student-friendly approach.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational admissions is preferred.
