Roles and Responsibilities
Provide field support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using various tools such as ping, traceroute, and Wireshark.
Configure recent networks from scratch or upgrade existing ones to ensure seamless connectivity.
Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner.
