Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts and assist with content planning.
Handle website operations and product listings on Shopify.
Maintain Excel sheets, sales records, and data entry.
Handle customer calls, queries, and order-related issues.
Coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of social media management and Shopify.
Good Excel and computer skills.
Valuable communication skills and a responsible attitude.
Willingness to work full time, on-site.
