We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer to support mission-critical infrastructure for a hyperscale data centre operator. You will lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex network incidents, collaborating with carriers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and vendors to maintain network availability and restore services in a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex L3 incidents involving switches, routers, firewalls and network security platforms.
- Support secure remote access, VPN services and privileged connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve carrier, internet, private-line and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Administer and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, NTP, routing, network segmentation and load-balancing services.
- Lead root-cause analysis for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, document findings and track corrective actions to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, OEMs and vendors to restore services and resolve recurring issues.
- Perform network configuration changes and maintenance in accordance with established change management procedures.
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration records, troubleshooting guides and operational runbooks.




- Serve as a primary or secondary escalation contact within a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Requirements:

- At least 6 years of experience in enterprise or data centre networking, including hands-on ownership and resolution of L3 incidents.
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE certification.
- Strong practical knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs and network segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one firewall platform, such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA or Check Point.
- Experience supporting VPN, secure remote access and enterprise connectivity services.
- Familiarity with formal incident, problem and change management processes.
- Robust troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively during critical incidents and coordinate resolution across multiple teams.
- Availability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI or Arista data centre fabrics.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience supporting mission-critical or hyperscale data centre environments.
