The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products to individual and business clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, educating them about loan options, guiding them through the application process, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers seeking personal, home, auto, or business loans.
- Explain loan products, terms, and perks clearly to clients.
- Assist customers with completing loan applications and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Follow up with clients to gather additional information or documents if necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Stay updated on the latest loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or loan products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of loan processes and financial documentation.
- Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Background in banking, finance, or insurance.
