VITASTRONG. is looking for a proactive Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager to own our supply chain—from demand forecasting and supplier negotiations to inventory control and Amazon FBA replenishment.
What you'll do:
- Own demand forecasting, replenishment and reorder planning.
- Negotiate prices, MOQs and lead times with manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders and production from confirmation to warehouse receipt.
- Track inventory accuracy across warehouses, marketplaces, and suppliers.
- Monitor batches and expiry dates, and act on slow-moving stock and products at risk of expiry.
- Resolve quality issues, shortages and delays with suppliers.
- Coordinate inbound shipments and Amazon FBA replenishment.
- Report stock risks, purchasing commitments and supplier performance, and work with finance on discrepancies.
What we're looking for:
- 5-7 years experience in purchasing & supply chain with external manufacturers.
- Robust negotiation skills and experience with ERP/Inventory systems.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA, e-commerce, and printed packaging (Supplements experience is a plus!).
- Fluent English and strong decision-making skills.
