We are looking for a passionate, seasoned leader to join our mission-driven team in Noida as our Program Coordinator.

Position Overview

- Role:Program Coordinator.
- Organization: Books for All Trust
- Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- Experience: 7+ years in CSR & development project implementation
- Budget: 60,000 – 80,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Impact: Oversee and scale our Five Impact Missions, ensuring seamless program implementation, outreach, and measurable beneficiary outcomes.
- Financial & Donor Stewardship: Manage project budgets, financial utilization, rigorous CSR compliance, and comprehensive donor reporting.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture high-value relationships with funders,



institutional partners, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy, operational rigor, and a shared passion for social good.

What We Are Looking For

- Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Commerce/Economics, Education, Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in development sector project management or CSR initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary projects and diverse teams.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, project monitoring, and impact storytelling.
