Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter – RPO role based in Ahmedabad. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the United States, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks. Daily responsibilities include conducting phone and video interviews, evaluating candidates against role requirements, coordinating interviews with client hiring managers, and managing offer negotiation and onboarding support.



The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, preparing recruitment reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet hiring targets and service level agreements. The US Recruiter will be expected to stay informed about US labor market trends, immigration and compliance considerations, and best practices in recruitment process outsourcing.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management for US-based roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, client communication, and relationship building to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and RPO clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in using applicant tracking systems, major job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital tools for talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interaction to manage candidate expectations and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, multitasking, and working with recruitment metrics to meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Prior experience as a US Recruiter, RPO Recruiter, or in US staffing/IT recruitment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types, basic employment regulations, and market trends will be beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline and proficiency in English (spoken and written) are required; willingness to work in US time zones is a plus
