Role Description The Department Manager role at Croma is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Department Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned department, including managing product displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring adherence to company standards and processes. This role involves guiding and coaching team members, scheduling shifts, and maintaining high levels of customer service through prompt assistance and issue resolution. The Department Manager analyzes sales performance, implements merchandising and promotional plans,



and collaborates with store leadership to achieve sales targets and profitability goals. The role also includes ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, maintaining store hygiene, and supporting training and development initiatives for department staff.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid retail operations and store management skills, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales floor supervision.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, such as staff coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including the ability to engage customers, handle queries, and resolve concerns professionally.
