An architecture and interior design practice in Indiranagar is looking for a Project Architect with 2–4 years of professional experience to take ownership of project execution. The role involves coordinating design requirements, technical documentation, site activities and project stakeholders to support the timely delivery of projects in accordance with design specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of assigned projects from design coordination through in office execution and completion.
- Coordinate project activities in accordance with approved designs, drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural and interior drawings to support accurate implementation at site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal design teams to resolve project-related issues.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship and execution quality against project requirements.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate architectural details, materials, finishes and building-services requirements during execution.
- Track project progress,



pending activities and execution-related dependencies.
- Maintain site records, drawing revisions, progress updates and project documentation.
- Coordinate material requirements and delivery schedules with the concerned teams.
- Communicate site progress, execution challenges and pending decisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support project delivery in line with agreed timelines, design intent and quality requirements.

Requirements

- B.Arch
- 2–4 years of professional experience in architecture or a related design and execution role.
- Understanding of architectural design, technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to coordinate design requirements with on-site execution activities.
- Understanding of interior materials, finishes, detailing and installation processes.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, vendors or site teams.
- Ability to interpret drawings and resolve routine site-level coordination issues.
- Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to track project progress, manage execution-related tasks and maintain project documentation.
- Experience in corporate interior projects or workplace fit-outs would be an advantage.

Work Schedule:

- Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
