We're hiring: Marketing & Social Media Lead at SOULSARA

We're looking for a tigress or tiger. Anyone can post three times a week. Few can make a brand impossible to ignore, and fewer still can turn it into a movement. We want a storyteller with a strategist's brain who builds reputations, not follower counts.

OUR ECOSYSTEM:

SOULSARA reads the signal. It's a deep-tech workforce performance platform that uses biometric and psychometric data to help leaders grow their people and their business.

SOULSTREAM.CHANNEL tells the story. It's cinema that rewires you, an immersive content engine built on 20 years of research.

SOULARIUM is where you step inside. It's a patented immersive environment of light, colour and sound that restores the body and mind.

The role

- You will own social media end to end: LinkedIn for leaders and enterprises, Instagram and YouTube for audiences.
- You will turn deep science into content people stop scrolling for.
- You will build our reputation with founders, CHROs, partners, investors and media.
- You will run campaigns, launches and partnerships, and measure what works.
- You will own clear KPIs and targets for reach, engagement, leads and brand growth.
- You will lead agencies, designers, editors and freelancers.
- You will build one brand story across all three ventures, and give each its own voice.

You bring

- You have 4+ years in brand, content or social media marketing.




- You have success stories you can show: brands you grew and the numbers behind them.
- You are result-oriented, and you set, track and hit KPIs and targets.
- You have strong instincts for film, video and visual storytelling.
- You are comfortable selling to businesses on LinkedIn and engaging audiences on Instagram in the same week.
- Experience in deep-tech, health-tech, media or experiential brands is a robust plus.

Location: Hybrid, covering South and West India

Preferred: Mumbai, Belagavi or Bengaluru

If you're based outside Mumbai or Belagavi, you'll join in-person meetings twice a month.
