Job Description
- Head the Value Addition department, including Fabrication, Anodising and Powder Coating functions.
- Manage production planning, scheduling and operational control across multiple manufacturing units.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure production timelines align with customer dispatch requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to improve satisfaction and service levels.
- Optimise equipment utilisation and recommend investments to improve production capability.
- Develop workforce capability through training and skill enhancement programmes.
- Lead departmental managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- 15-20 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience. Exposure to aluminium extrusion manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong expertise in fabrication, coating, anodising or related value-added manufacturing processes.
