Staford School is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can build meaningful relationships with parents, provide transparent guidance on the admission process, and contribute to the school’s enrolment goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage admission enquiries and counsel prospective parents professionally.
- Communicate the school’s academic offerings, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective families and drive enquiry-to-admission conversions.
- Coordinate campus visits and ensure a positive parent experience.




- Maintain accurate enquiry records, follow-up data, and admission reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support enrolment objectives.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in admission counselling, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent parent engagement, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, organised, and goal-oriented approach.
