- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily outlet operations.
- Supervise staff during shifts and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory, and wastage.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales transactions.
- Maintain staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
- Support staff training and ensure proper implementation of SOPs.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for timely order preparation and delivery.
- Take charge of outlet operations in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
