Concord Construction Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the business of erection, commissioning, and installation of EHV transmission lines, substations, and other related infrastructure projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Cum Accountant with 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial management, and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, cash flow management, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, monitoring financial transactions, maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling statutory compliances, and supporting the management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
- Handle purchase, sales, journal, payment, and receipt entries.
- Maintain general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting financial documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

Finance Management

- Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, and fund requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and expense control.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Monitor project-related expenses and track actual expenses against budgets.
- Manage vendor payments, outstanding receivables, and payment schedules.
- Support working capital management and efficient utilization of funds.
- Identify financial discrepancies and assist management in resolving them.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST return filing, reconciliation, and related compliance activities.
- Calculate TDS and ensure timely return filing and payments.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.




- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary financial records and documents.
- Track statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.

Banking & Financial Reporting

- Coordinate with banks regarding routine banking transactions.
- Maintain bank records and monitor cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and statements for management review.
- Assist in monitoring financial obligations and upcoming payments.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
- 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and account reconciliation.
- Knowledge of construction or infrastructure industry accounting will be an advantage.
