This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Kolkata. The Fashion Consultant will guide clients in selecting outfits and accessories that suit their style, occasion, and body type, while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic standards. Daily activities include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and providing styling advice to enhance their overall look. The role involves maintaining product displays, staying updated on current trends and new arrivals, and collaborating with the sales team to meet store targets.



The Fashion Consultant will also handle customer feedback, support fitting sessions, and ensure an exceptional, professional in-store experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting skills, including styling, trend awareness, and the ability to create coordinated looks.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, with an understanding of fabrics, fits, colors, and garment care.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to recommend products, handle objections, and support closing transactions.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in lucury fashion.
- Candidates should demonstrate a polished personal presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A qualification in Fashion Design is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
