Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC

Position: Process Associate – Order Management
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders from receipt to completion
Provide backend operational support
Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with clients based in the USA and Canada
Handle customer queries and order-related communications efficiently
Maintain process accuracy and timely order execution
Required Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (Any of the following)
- BA
- B.Com
- M.Com
- MA
- B.Ed
- M.Ed
Required Skills
Fluent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel
Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
Familiarity with business systems and tools
Understanding of Order Management / Quote-to-Cash Processes
Customer-focused approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with a willingness to learn
