We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Study Abroad Admission Counsellor to guide students through the overseas education process, handle incoming leads, counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with prospective student leads received through digital marketing, social media and other sources.
- Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, eligibility criteria and admission requirements.
- Explain admission procedures, tuition fees, scholarships and documentation requirements.
- Identify students' academic backgrounds, career goals and country preferences.
- Assist students with university and college applications, admission documentation and application follow-ups.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed enrolments and admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, applications and enrolment status.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure a smooth application process.
- Achieve monthly counselling, application and enrolment targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in education,



business or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, counselling and sales skills.
- Ability to handle calls, follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
- Previous experience in study-abroad counselling, admissions or sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
