Senior Production Role — Lead and supervise batch production operations at our pharmaceutical intermediate manufacturing plant. Manage reactor operations (charging, heating, cooling, distillation, filtration, drying), ensure strict cGMP compliance, oversee shift teams, review and sign batch production records (BPRs), handle deviations, and coordinate with QC/QA for in-process checks and release.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 6 years of production experience in pharma or bulk drug manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with reactor operations, multi-step synthesis, and plant-scale manufacturing
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOP compliance, and safety protocols
- Ability to lead and manage production shift teams
Work Location: Plot Nos. 292–296, Kadechur Industrial Area, Kadechur Village, Yadagir Taluka & Dist, Karnataka – 585221, India. Candidates must be willing to work from this location.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹81,000.00 per month
