Job Role

Essence Point is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Education Consultant to handle student counselling and admissions related to IELTS and PTE programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding IELTS, PTE and English-language courses.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend the right course/program.
- Handle walk-in, phone and online enquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Explain course structure, fees, batches and admission process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Coordinate with trainers and the centre team for smooth student onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.

Requirements





- Valuable communication and counselling skills.
- Good knowledge of IELTS/PTE and study-abroad requirements will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in education counselling, IELTS/PTE counselling or sales is preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Hindi and English communication skills required.
- Candidates from Noida, Delhi and NCR preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, skills and performance.

Operating Area

Noida & Delhi NCR, primarily Noida, Greater Noida, Noida Extension, East Delhi and nearby NCR areas.

Work Location

Essence Point – Noida / Delhi Centres
