Age: 35–50 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* 10+ years of strong experience in the furniture industry

* Good relationships with Interior Designers & High-End Clients

* Handle premium client negotiations and close high-value deals

* Take complete ownership of client projects from enquiry to completion

* Ensure client work is completed before the committed timeline

* Manage store staff and coordinate with all departments

* Monitor daily work, pending tasks and execution

* Submit daily target & completion reports

* Set daily targets and ensure achievement

* Motivate and encourage the team to improve performance

* Resolve client and operational issues quickly





CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Strong leadership and team-management skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

* Proven ability to handle high-end clients

* Strong execution and follow-up skills

* Result-oriented with complete ownership

* Professional corporate dressing, grooming and personality

We are looking for an experienced leader who can take complete ownership of the store, clients, team and results.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
