We are looking for a confident, professional, and student-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Skylight Institute of Commerce. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, explaining courses and fee structures, handling admission enquiries, and converting prospective students into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.
- Counsel students regarding courses, batches, fee structures, and academic plans.
- Explain the benefits, features, and outcomes of the institute's courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and fee payments.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and student visits.
- Coordinate with teachers and the administration team for smooth admission procedures.
- Manage student databases and update admission status regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Commerce or Education will be preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build relationships with students and parents.
- Strong follow-up, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in admission counselling, education sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
