- Market Sourcing & Lead Generation: Conduct daily area mapping, open-market canvassing, cold calling, and local promotional activities to identify potential gold loan customers.
- Customer Acquisition: Meet daily field targets (e.g., meeting prospective clients daily), explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms, and renewal options.
- Branch Coordination: Work closely with branch sales and operations teams to log leads, coordinate customer onboarding, and ensure smooth file processing.
- Documentation & Verification: Collect and verify mandatory KYC and property/gold documentation, and coordinate with designated gold valuers during assessment.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), log leads in the company's Lead Management System (LMS), and track conversions.
- Collection & Renewal Support: Follow up with existing customers for timely interest servicing, renewals, and minimizing overdue/default accounts
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
