Lotus Traders is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell construction machinery, concrete mixer machines, brick and block-making machines, construction testing equipment, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's dealer and customer network across Assam and the North-East region.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current sales leads through telephone calls, field visits, online platforms, referrals, and customer follow-ups.
- Promote and sell construction machinery, concrete mixers, block-making machines, and other company products.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, dealers, and machinery buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery and products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers to close sales.




- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Develop new dealers and distributors across Assam and other North-Eastern states.
- Follow up on leads received from IndiaMART, Google, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain daily call reports, field visit reports, customer databases, and sales records in the company's CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales performance to management.
- Coordinate with the accounts, dispatch, and service teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and information about new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
