We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Dispatch In-Charge to manage daily dispatch and shipment activities at our factory. The candidate will be responsible for verifying orders, coordinating packing and transportation, maintaining dispatch records, and ensuring that goods are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dispatch operations and shipment schedules.
- Verify products and quantities against orders and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate packing, labeling, and preparation of goods for dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery documents, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, sales, and transport teams.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and within the scheduled timelines.
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery-related issues.
- Report stock discrepancies, dispatch errors, and delays to the concerned team.
- Maintain organized records of all outgoing goods and shipments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
