Sharadha Skill Academy is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecalling Executives to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our skill development courses, following up on enquiries, and converting interested candidates into admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students using provided leads.
- Explain course details, eligibility, duration, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with interested candidates and encourage course enrolments.
- Respond to student enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update lead details, call records, and follow-up status in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.

Skills and Qualifications

- Positive communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam.




- Ability to communicate clearly with prospective students in multiple languages.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
