Job Description – Sales Coordinator

Job Location: Vasai, Maharashtra
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Transportation Facility: Pick-up and drop facility available from Vasai Railway Station.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with daily sales operations, customer coordination, order processing, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and share quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order status updates.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and other sales-related queries.




- Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; a diploma or degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Experience in sales coordination or sales administration is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with different departments.
