- Manage end-to-end customer service activities for FCL, LCL and Air Import shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries, shipment status updates, and service-related requests promptly.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and customs brokers.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delays, schedule changes and exceptions to customers.
- Coordinate import documentation, including arrival notices, delivery orders, bills of lading, air waybills and other relevant documents.
- Ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery in coordination with operations and customs teams.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers and customer communication logs.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with pricing, sales, finance and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Monitor service levels, meet agreed timelines and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of FCL, LCL and Air Import processes.
- Knowledge of import documentation,



shipment tracking and delivery coordination.
- Excellent communication, customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and logistics systems or portals.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and timely execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualifications are an advantage.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Import Customer Service within the freight forwarding industry.
- Practical experience handling FCL, LCL and Air Import shipments.
- Candidates with experience in international freight forwarding will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
