# Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented *Ticketing Executive* with a strong background in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in domestic and international flight ticketing, excellent knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day ticketing operations with minimal supervision.

## Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance.

- Manage flight rescheduling, cancellations, reissues, and refunds as per airline policies.

- Work efficiently on GDS platforms such as *Amadeus, Galileo, and other relevant ticketing systems*.

- Check flight availability, fares, routes, and applicable fare rules.

- Prepare and share flight itineraries, quotations, and ticket details with clients.

- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and clients regarding bookings and ticketing-related queries.

- Ensure accuracy in passenger details, PNR creation, fare calculations, and ticket issuance.

- Independently manage daily ticketing operations and resolve routine booking-related issues.

- Maintain proper records of bookings,



cancellations, refunds, and other ticketing transactions.

- Provide timely support to clients and ensure smooth ticketing operations.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum *3 years of relevant experience* in the travel industry; candidates with 4+ years will be preferred.

- Strong practical knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.

- Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or equivalent platforms.

- Knowledge of PNR creation, fare rules, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

- Ability to work independently and manage ticketing operations without constant supervision.

- Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

- Solid attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ticketing-related software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
