Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Location: Kaimur & Rohtas Bihar

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month + TA/DA + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our sales team in Kaimur& Rohtas,. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, customer handling, or business development.

The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, customer references, and market activities.
- Convert prospective customers into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads,



and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- A positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office or Google tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
- Candidates comfortable travelling across Patna, Kaimur, and Rohtas will be preferred, depending on the assigned territory.
