Role Overview

The Senior Dispatch Executive – E-Commerce will be responsible for managing daily dispatch activities, ensuring accurate order processing, timely shipment, and effective coordination with warehouse teams and courier partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth order fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce order dispatch, including order processing, packaging, labeling, and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and courier partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary dispatch documents.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed, pending, or undelivered orders.
- Monitor returned shipments (RTO), cancellations, and delivery-related issues, and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain daily dispatch records, shipment reports,



and courier performance data.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch as per company SOPs.
- Coordinate with inventory, customer support, and operations teams to resolve order-related discrepancies.
- Update shipment status in the ERP system, e-commerce platform, or courier portals.
- Assist in improving dispatch accuracy, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.
- Guide junior dispatch team members and ensure adherence to dispatch procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Practical knowledge of courier portals, shipment tracking, order processing, and dispatch documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce order management tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Team-oriented approach with good organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with an e-commerce company, online marketplace, or warehouse dispatch operation.
- Familiarity with courier aggregation platforms and return-to-origin (RTO) management.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and ensure smooth daily dispatch operations.
