We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Branch Manager to manage our showroom operations at The Chennai Mobiles, Coimbatore. The candidate should have strong leadership, team management, sales, and customer relationship skills, preferably with experience in mobile or consumer electronics retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales growth and improve overall store performance.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory management, and product displays.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Train and develop employees to improve team performance.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
