Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents about courses, handle admission enquiries, and convert prospective leads into admissions. The candidate will be responsible for counselling, follow-ups, fee collection coordination, and achieving individual and team admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents through phone calls, online sessions, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students through CRM/ERP systems and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and available payment options.
- Assist students with admission forms, documentation, loan processes, and fee payment schedules.
- Arrange demo sessions, webinars, and follow-up communication with prospective students.
- Handle objections, build trust, and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Follow up on pending fees and instalments as per the payment plan.




- Generate student and alumni referrals to increase admissions.
- Achieve individual admission and revenue targets while supporting team goals.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and counselling reports.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with effective follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.
- Ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-focused attitude.

Experience: 1–2 years in Admission Counselling, Educational Sales, Tele-sales, or a similar role preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive, confident, and result-oriented professional who can guide students through the complete admission process and achieve enrolment targets.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
