Job Description

Rukmani Motors is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible EDP Executive to manage dealership data entry, sales records, billing support, inventory records, and daily reporting for electric scooters and bikes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and inventory data.
- Handle data entry and update dealership management software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain vehicle stock records, customer details, and invoice data.
- Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, and inventory teams.
- Ensure accuracy of records and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and dealership data.

Eligibility Criteria

- Mandatory: Previous experience in the two-wheeler industry only.




- Experience working with a two-wheeler dealership is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and computer operations.
- Familiarity with dealership management software (DMS) is an advantage.
- Positive communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Salary Details

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
- Salary will depend on experience and skills.
