About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, building strong relationships, and generating interest in our real estate offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about properties, projects, and available offerings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments between customers and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth lead conversion.
- Consistently work towards lead engagement, appointment generation, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with different customers.
- Good relationship-building and relationship-management abilities.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
- Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools would be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who are enthusiastic, professional, confident on calls, and comfortable working in an office-based environment will be preferred. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
