Position Overview

PrintCraft is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to contact company-provided leads, handle customer inquiries, explain products and services, and follow up with prospective customers to support sales conversions.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact prospective customers using leads provided by the company.

· Introduce and explain PrintCraft’s products and services to potential customers.

· Understand customer requirements and respond to inquiries professionally.

· Follow up with interested customers to encourage order confirmation and business conversion.

· Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, quotations, and order-related inquiries.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.

· Update customer information and daily calling reports in the company’s designated system or database.

· Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

· Ensure systematic follow-up on all assigned leads.





· Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly performance objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

· Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

· Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Odia is preferred.

· Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

· Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain customer records.

· Good listening, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.

· Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Freshers with valuable communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

· Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will have an added advantage.

· Candidates should be polite, professional, organised, and comfortable communicating with different types of customers.

· A target-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain consistent follow-ups are desirable.
