Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Telesales Executive / Inbound Sales Executive with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with potential customers, and supporting sales operations for government projects across 6 states of India.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound telesales calls related to government projects.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and registered partners.
- Explain project details, products, and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, maintain customer records, and generate sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily calling activities and provide regular sales updates to management.





Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Must be fluent in either Bengali or Hindi; strong proficiency in at least one of these languages is essential.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be smart, presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Basic English communication and computer knowledge preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates may both apply.
